We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States
Domestic shipping can take up to 5-8 business days depending on your lcation.

Shipping to the US takes up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Note that during peak times of the year, shipping times may extend.
Shipping across Canada is a flat rate of $15.00 Canadian and in the United States it is $20.00 Canadian.
United States has the ability to upgrade their shipping to UPS with a $25.00 USD flat fee.
We can ship to PO Boxes, but they are not included in the flat fees due to the expense of them. Canada Post/US Postal Rates are dramatically higher than our current carriers. Once the full amount is determined based on your order, we will email a invoice through Paypal. Once it is paid, your order will ship. Please check your junk mail for any messages as they might end up there!
In the United States we use Sendle as our trusted couriers with fully tracked delivery. There is $100 insurance coverage on each shipment. UPS is now an ungraded shipping carrier for the United States. UPS has insurance coverage of up to $100
Sendle takes between 5-14 business days depending on your location.
In Canada, we ship using UPS and ICS Courier. Both Carriers have $100 insurance coverage on each shipment.

We strive to ship out products next day as long as the order is placed before 6:00 PM MST. If there is a delay in shipping an announcement will be made at the top of Binky Factory's home page. Please contact us and we will get on top of the issue. We want to ensure that your package arrives on time and we will work with the carrier to have the issue fixed as soon as possible
You are free to pick the pick up option if you are in the local Calgary area and would like to save on shipping and pick up your order.
Once your order is pulled, we will send you can email to determine when you would like to pick up your order.
There are two options for pick up.
1. Bring your own reusable bag for your order
2. Your order is boxed at a fee of $2.00

Boxes are only needed for shipping, and this shift supports our sustainability pledge to reduce our footprint.
As well our shipping fees include the cost of a box and this revenue helps us give more to rescues in need of funds and resources

Yes! All of our materials and products are safe for rabbits. We do comprehensive research to learn about the best products and materials for your rabbits.

Each handful is $2.00, you can as many handfuls as you wish (Up to 10 per order)!

Please contact us as soon as possible for correction. If the items are already shipped then we are unable to change the shipping address.
Address errors within the US sending through Sendle will not be able to be returned back to Binky Factory result in your package being destroyed by the carrier (due to carrier restrictions).
